Estate planning

Estate planning covers everything to do with the transfer of your assets to the next generation. And that can be quite complicated. It can also be emotional and difficult to oversee. We are happy to help you navigate this.

Taking care of everything

Estate planning is intended to arrange all you affairs in such a way that the next of kin are left without worry. It might be a good idea to transfer some of your assets within your family already during your lifetime. Making donations or gifts in advance is also an option. There is a lot involved in the transfer of assets.

What we do

We help plan for your assets in advance and map out the tax implications. For example, have you accumulated wealth through your own business, or a property portfolio? Do you have a last will and testament in which beneficiaries are appointed? What are the consequences if your children inherit (the shares in) your company? Can your heirs pay the taxes involved when you pass away? It is questions like these that the civil-law notaries at Kienhuis Legal will discuss with you.

Contact one of our specialists - no strings attached - and create clarity for yourself and the next generation.
